This is a reproduction of a legendary chambray shirt from the 30s (a generation before the classic 40s chambray) which is rarely seen on the vintage market. Even if it was available, it would be difficult to wear due to the thinness of the material. This one faithfully follows the details of the time, such as triple stitching, a long collar like on the originals, a pocket with a pen holder, selvedge on the back of the front and gusset, double elbows, a long length faithful to the original, and urea buttons of a different color used only on the cuffs. The  material is a newly developed 4.6oz chambray made from organic cotton.
